DMCA Policy

Logistep AG ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users and partners to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines our procedures for responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512).

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
• Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature;
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed;
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Logistep AG has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our services and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

All DMCA notices and enforcement actions undertaken by Logistep AG are conducted in good faith and in compliance with applicable law. We act as authorized agents on behalf of rights holders and ensure that all notices are submitted with proper legal basis and documentation.

While the DMCA is a United States statute, Logistep AG operates globally and applies equivalent copyright enforcement standards under international copyright treaties, the Berne Convention, WIPO Copyright Treaty, and applicable local intellectual property laws across all jurisdictions in which we operate.
